Kurs A:
Handstand gegen die Wand 30 sec., Kopfstand 15 sec., Unterarm-Planke und Seitplanke je 30 sec. halten.
Info zu A : PartnerYoga und AkroYoga für Einsteiger. Wir lernen zu zweit zu fliegen und die wichtigen AkroYoga-, und Akrobatikelemente. Kurzes warm up, zum Abschluß eine Pyramide. Dieser Kurs führt zum AkroYogakurs F.
Kurs F:
Handstand gegen die Wand 60 sec., Kopfstand, Unterarm-Planke und Seitplanke je 30 sec. halten.
Info zu F: AkroYoga ist eine akrobatische Form von PartnerYoga, wir fliegen zu zweit und zu dritt und machen z.B. washing machines, Abfolgen und Pyramiden aus AkroYoga- und Akrobatikelementen. Kraft, Koordination, Gleichgewicht und Kooperation werden trainiert. Ideal als Fortführung für TN mit absolviertem AkroYogakurs A.

Allround Yoga:
Sportmedizinisch optimierter Mix verschiedener Yogastilrichtungen wie Vinyasa, Hatha, Kundalini, Dru, Power, Yin mit Sofortwirkung für mehr Flexibilität, Rückenkraft, Energie, Stressabbau und Entspannung, mit abschließender Yoga nidra-Meditation, für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene geeignet.

Hatha Yoga:
In diesem Yogakurs üben wir achtsam verschiedene Körperübungen (Asanas) aus, die oft länger gehalten werden. Dich erwartet eine abwechslungsreiche und kraftvolle Ganzkörperpraxis, die sich auf die korrekte Ausführung der einzelnen Asanas konzentriert. Die verschiedenen Asanas werden teilweise durch dynamische Elemente ergänzt und mit fließenden Übergängen miteinander verbunden. Dabei legen wir Wert auf die richtige Atmung sowie den Ausgleich zwischen Anspannung und Entspannung um am Ende energetisiert und gleichzeitig entspannt zu sein.
Hatha Yoga Garching (english):
Traditional hatha yoga asanas (including sun salutation), along with elements of different meditation and pranayama techniques, will be practiced in this class. The course is suitable for all age groups, irrespective of prior experience with yoga. We will also discuss concepts of yoga for a better understanding of its meaning and effect. Overall, it will be a symphony of spiritual, physical, and mental elements of the body for an efficient, stress-free healthy lifestyle.

Durch Körperübungen (Asanas), Atemübungen (Pranayama) und Meditation trainieren wir Körper und Geist, um entspannt und zufrieden durch den Alltag gehen zu können. Ein Kurs, der dir Yoga im Ganzen näher bringt.
Kundalini Yoga:
Kundalini ist eine dynamische Yogaform. Viel Bewegung, bewusste Atemführung, tiefe Entspannung, Meditation und Singen.

Vinyasa Yoga:
Zeichnet sich aus durch die fließenden Übergänge zwischen den Körperübungen (Asanas). Im Flow kann man den Kopf frei bekommen und bewusst durchatmen.
Yin Yoga:
Mithilfe des Yin-Yoga wollen wir unser Gleichgewicht von Yin und Yang wiederherstellen. Auf körperlicher Ebene werden verklebte Faszien, Bänder, Sehnen und Muskeln gedehnt und gelockert, um zu mehr Bewegungsfreiheit zu gelangen. Auf geistiger Ebene wird Stress sowohl abgebaut als auch vorgebeugt

Acro Yoga:
Course A:
Handstand against the wall for 30 seconds, headstand for 15 seconds, hold forearm plank and side plank for 30 seconds each.
Info about A : PartnerYoga and AcroYoga for beginners. We learn to fly in pairs and the important acro-yoga and acrobatic elements. A short warm-up and a pyramid at the end. This course leads to AcroYoga course F.
Course F:
Hold handstand against the wall for 60 seconds, headstand, forearm plank and side plank for 30 seconds each.
Info about F: AcroYoga is an acrobatic form of partner yoga, we fly in pairs and threes and do e.g. washing machines, sequences and pyramids of acroYoga and acrobatic elements. Strength, coordination, balance and cooperation are trained. Ideal as a continuation for participants who have completed AcroYoga course A.

All-round Yoga:
Sports medicine-optimised mix of different yoga styles such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Kundalini, Dru, Power, Yin with immediate effect for more flexibility, back strength, energy, stress reduction and relaxation, with concluding yoga nidra meditation, suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners.
Hatha Yoga:
In this yoga class, we mindfully practice different body exercises (asanas), which are often held for longer periods of time. You can expect a varied and powerful whole-body practice that focuses on the correct execution of the individual asanas. The different asanas are sometimes complemented by dynamic elements and connected with flowing transitions. We emphasise correct breathing and the balance between tension and relaxation in order to be energised and relaxed at the end.

Vinyasa Yoga:
Vinyasa Yoga is characterised by the flowing transitions between the physical exercises (asanas). In flow, you can clear your head and breathe deeply.
Yin Yoga:
With the help of Yin Yoga we want to restore our balance of Yin and Yang. On a physical level, stuck fasciae, ligaments, tendons and muscles are stretched and loosened in order to achieve more freedom of movement. On a mental level, stress is both reduced and prevented
